Domestic Mail-Order Form Instructions

For each item you wish to buy, enter the Item Number (as found on the Rattlehead Games website), the item's Name, the Price (also found on our site) and the Quantity you wish to order. Please make sure you use our price and not the Suggested Retail Price which is also listed on our product pages. Finally, in the Final Cost column, write in the total amount for those items (Qty x Unit Price). At the bottom, add the Final Cost column entries and write this amount in the SubTotal space. Write in the shipping amount (see Shipping Chart below) on the Shipping line. If you are a NC resident, calculate the Sales Tax and write it in the appropriate place. NC Sales Tax must be charged on shipping as well as products. Add the SubTotal, Shipping and Sales Tax lines together to get the Final Total. This is how much your order will cost. Finally, enter your shipping address and phone number in the space provided. Send the completed form, with Check or Money Order made out to Rattlehead Games, to our address above. Please allow time for shipping (usually within 5 business days if there are no back-ordered items) and time for your payment to clear.
